A growing group of Tennesse Subcontractors in the commercial construction industry have formed an alliance as Tennessee Subcontractors Association (TSA) to pool resources and combine efforts to improve our business environment in Tennessee and ensure your voice is heard when the TN General Assembly makes laws and policy that can affect your ability to run a business and perform work in our great state. Past improvements to state law updates and to Tennessee's Prompt Pay Act which added a very important stop work provision for subcontractors to protect themselves when not getting paid in a timely manner. No longer must you continue to put workers and materials on a job site when you are not getting paid per contract.
Tennessee Subcontractors Association has become a trusted resource for information and a strong influence in our TN State Government. TSA continues to work for you with a singular focus on the needs of businesses in our State.
As we prepare for each legislative session, we ask for your continued support by joining TSA in the ongoing fight for a fair and more prosperous construction industry, not just for subcontractors, but for everyone involved. We are your voice in State Government on policy issues that can affect your ability to do business in Tennessee.
